This group of medical students spends available time working with ChildTrauma staff on various research or clinical projects. The table below lists some of the 36 outstanding medical students working with us over the last year. A weekly training seminar is conducted at the ChildTrauma Programs in Houston. In attendance are ChildTrauma clinicians, Baylor College of Medicine trainees, volunteers and invited guests from the community. These range from clinicians interested in learning more about our approach to state or Federal officials interested in developing partnerships.
Non-clinic based Training and Educational Activities The ChildTrauma Program staff is in great demand for continuing education training. At present more than five requests a week are received from across the world. Only a fraction of the opportunities can be acted upon.
